i'm planning to open a cyber cafe and i need comments on the architecure
you'll find next.

Wireless Leased Line at 64K with an ISP
Cisco router 1605 doing NAT
NT server or W2000 server with a proxy cache on it (Wingate or MS proxy) and
Cyber time to manage the cybercafe
