You can't get rid of me that easily Bill! <grin>

The primary reason that we sold the cybercafe portion of our business was to
allow us to expand our involvement in the global cybercafe market.

Over the next few months you'll be hearing a great deal more from me as we
release a completely re-written management and marketing system for
cybercafes and other public access computer business types and additional
new resources and services for you guys.

Our Digital Access software has been extremely well received over the past
few years and our current manpower resources were being stretched to the
limit. So, now that Rick has purchased our Cybercafe we can devote a great
deal more time to broader market. This is actually quite exciting for us. We
have discovered many ways to improve our software and new functionality that
simply is not currently available to this market. One of the most
significant new groups of features will be those directed toward c=Cybercafe
marketing efforts. In fact, our upcoming release of PAC Manager (Public
Access Computer Manager), the successor to Digital Access, will come with a
guarantee to increase a location's computer revenue or you get your money
back.

In addition to our software, we'll also be offering other resources. One of
the first out of the gate will be marketing posters and menus. As an
example, you will be able to acquire large posters of games titles,
promotional posters and menu boards.

There will be lots of news coming and we hope the PAC market will enjoy
these new resource tools and material.
