I think its the same T&C as smokeless powder which is a 10 kilo (or is it 
lbs?) limit isn't it?

Someone mentioned a non corrosive black powder alternative a while back. 
Can anyone confirm that pyrodex is also non corrosive. I was always led to 
believe that it was.

The types and maximum quantities of explosives used by
shooters, and that can be kept for private use, are:

15kg of percussion caps and/or small arms ammunition;

10kg of gunpowder (black powder, UN number 0027), and

a further 5kg of any one or more of the following:

gunpowder,

smokeless powder (U.N. no. 0160, 0161),

any small arms propellant,
