On the assumption that FCS may just need a little encouragment is there a
simple formulae for working out the interest due?
Or should we all just hit them with an open ended "When may I expect my
money" letter?

Incidentally, was Mr Steed awarded costs, which must be pretty horrendous by
now.

I have no idea on the costs.

I think the standard interest rate the courts use is something like 8%.

David Steed used the formula that everything under A and B should have
been compensated for in 30 days, and everything under C in 60 days,
so you work out your interest on that basis.

Bear in mind Steed still hasn't actually won his case, he has so far
only won the right to pursue it.

Steve.
