It was tested a few years ago when Bates and his son where arrested on
the mainland for being in possession of pistols on Sealand. The courts
decided
that as Sealand was outside of territorial waters it did not come under UK
jurisdiction so I don't know what HM government are seeking to prove
this time round.

He went a bit further and started importing AKs so I think I see HM Govt.
making more of an effort against him this time. I think their main
argument against him is that he's bringing them through the UK to get
to Sealand.
