He was not doing anything at all, it was done by people who had bought
souvenir passports and the like who were doing it. All the owner can really
be accused of is stupidity but that accusation must also apply to countries
like Georgia and Azerbaijan for flogging stuff in that manner. None of the
guns wound up here, they were bound for Liberia or Sierra Leone.
