It was tested a few years ago when Bates and his son where arrested on
the mainland for being in possession of pistols on Sealand. The courts
decided that as Sealand was outside of territorial waters it did not
come under UK
jurisdiction so I don't know what HM government are seeking to prove
this time round.

If Sealand is outside UK jurisdiction and its "King and Government" are
favourably inclined towards shooting, would it not be possible to
provide range facilities for shooting prohibited firearms?

Is the platform big enough for 100 or 200 yds range?

It certainly is nearer than Switzerland.

Alex.

It doesn't look big enough to build a range on though I suppose you
could tether one to it.

Steve.
