One paper said "he turned his home into a fortress" with security grilles on
the windows and security doors! Just how many of the security grilles and
security doors were on police advice? My local CPO advised me to get a solid
wood security door (cost � 120.00) and then put three hinges and three locks
on it, to install two locks on my front door and to fix a steel grill on my
back kitchen window...so am I now someone who, too, has "turned his home
into a fortress"?
You just can't bloody win!

Apparently he had an RFD, not just an FAC, so that would be standard.
