Surf Dude, what you need is a couple rest days for your body to heal.  Then 
you need to give up swimming one day a week and do David's 1 hour lunch ride 
on Wednesday.  20 miles at 20+.  I hope I'm ready as David has the wheels 
turning pretty hard.

Great ride today.  Always a massive staying power into the wind by Ronnie, 
A couple of all out drills by David to a screaming lead out by Nick on 
Airport Rd.  Awesome!  Keep working Cole, it will take a few months to 
develop that staying power but if you're determined it will come.
