Another beautiful day for a bike ride. Tim, Josh and I rode 37 miles to Nashville, back on Bend of the River and home. Josh has only been riding 4 months and is very strong. Tim chose a great route, even changing mid-ride to accommodate the winds! Perfect day, great ride!
