Now a few more reps with the front tire and you'll have!

Isn't that kinda like doing laps in the bubble?

Just check the sidewall for a rotation arrow. If it doesn't have one
then it doesn't matter. Some tires like the Continental Grand Prix 4000
has a rotation arrow on the sidewall and they recommend mounting in that
direction.

Wonderful day to go out!! Props to tim and Kim for pulling the
lions share of the ride. After they pulled me the better part of 37
miles, i still felt hungry. So, I stopped by the house, refilled the
water bottles and headed out for another 23 miles, finishing the day
with 60 miles, 3677 calories burned, and 3:20 in the saddle.

I think I'm out for tomorrows ride:). Two recovery drinks down,
but my legs are going to feel the strain tomorrow.

Another beautiful day for a bike ride. Tim, Josh and I rode 37
miles to
Nashville, back on Bend of the River and home. Josh has only
been riding
        4
months and is very strong. Tim chose a great route, even
changing
        mid-ride
to accommodate the winds! Perfect day, great ride!
