I don't have that, sorry. I did everything on the fly and created the icon set from the aforementioned files. Typically I created the grey strokes by lowering the luminiscence to -20, -30, -40, but I can't tell which size got exactly which value. Apart from that, I'm quite happy with the icons as they are. Any further change would be very small and barely visible. I don't think it's worth the effort.
