You are right, the patch itself is "atomic".
Actually, perhaps I didn't explain it very well, but I just meant that
changing the version number is the most important part of the patch.
Then, I noticed that the process was taking a long time to compile, so
I added an extra change to support Ninja, but it's not the most
important part, in the sense that everything compiles anyway, if you
have the time to wait or you don't want to change the cygport file too
much.
