Hi,
  I tried your suggestion,and it works. thank you. 
But now I find a new problem: when in the startxwin.bat file, there are commands to 
run rxvt, xterm and tmw.But when I run startxwin.bat, it just open a blank root 
x-window, no rxvt, no xterm and no window manager.
