Hi cygwin experts,

I've install cygwin/XFree86, and all seemed to go well. However, when I
click on the cygwin icon on my desktop, I get the following information
(then a window opens for just a moment before closing):

=============== begin ==================================

I've read the sections referred to in the following from the faq doc, and
did what was advised, but it didn't help:

6.4. Could not init font path element /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/*/, removing
from list!
See Q: 6.3. and Q: 2.4.

Anyway, so far as I know, I did not use winzip, and I did choose unix file
system.

Also, D:\cygwin\tmp\.X11-unix\X0 is on the disk (according to windows
explorer).

Any ideas concerning what is wrong and how to fix it?

Louis
