True 'nuff. And American (or EU) laws are just that: laws that end 3 miles
from shore. What's the geographic scope of his
patents? India? Israel?
There should be no reason to assume that Brand's patents are valid in more
jurisdictions than Chaum's (i.e., not in Australia, N.Z., So. Africa, etc.)
