I was struggling this morning, skipped trying the breathing again, and
again felt so much better when I was cold. I was thinking on this while
cold, and planning on trying the breathing afterward since my body and mind
were working better, and then it suddenly felt much much colder, from my
inner experiences.

But this is a journey on learning that those can reduce.

I bumped the time to 120.
