—- once upon a time, long long ago, part of a brin developed a plan.
the plan was a normal plan as formed inside a brain. i suppose it was in the early stages of planning — [not all the parts were flushed out, and there was still potential for other plans being considered — but it was starting to look like a pretty good plan! and the various parts that had concluded the value of the steps and results were moving toward taking action
