there was one in this thread quite some time ago where mcboss keeps victims
suffering more beyond reason because a computer was in a maximization
feedback loop with him or such;
i think part of the meaning of this is how the mind controlling prioritizes
reliability. so that as people adapt it can worsen (suffering).
