This is strange.

d2r-server.bat is supposed to recursively find all *.jar files in the \lib 
directory and add them to the %CP% variable. Looking at the output you sent, it 
apparently finds all *.jar files *except* the d2rq-0.8-dev.jar.

But we already checked that it was built successfully and is in the \lib 
directory, right?

Any idea what might be going on?

Yeah, that was just a test to see if the jar file exists, it's supposed to 
throw a ClassNotFoundError.
