   Something's not working correctly. From my application directory I ran
AppWizard.py, told it to use a SQLite database, and selected the tables to
use. Then I clicked my way through the "Next" and "Finish" buttons. The
results are in the attached tarball.

   When I run eikos-sample-report.py, the only entry under the Reports menu
is 'Sample Report.' There's no quick report, or any advanced report.
