The problem is that you have an old version of the Dabo IDE files.
They have been continuously updated over the past few months, but so
far a 0.8 release has not been made. You can either grab the nightly
tarball (ftp://dabodev.com/dabo/daboide.nightly.tar.gz), or wait a
few days until we can put together the 0.8 release for the IDE.
Even though the tarball is in a *nix format, you should be able to
decompress the it with WinZIP or Stuffit Expander, or many other
Windows archive tools.
