There is an error in your syntax. You are passing:
CxnFile="path://./cnxml-tmp/fwadm.cnxml"
The 'path://' prefix is an artifact of the Class Designer used to
distinguish path values, which can be relative, from other strings.
Try dropping that prefix, and just pass the actual path to the file.
