Hey John,

I've been meaning to get a Win7 64 up and running but can't seem to find the 
time. 
Can you test the wxpython demo and see if that runs, specifically anything that 
uses 
a status bar? Or, perhaps post to the wxPython list because this looks like a 
wxPython level problem...
