Woohoo!!
Having a problem which is demonstrated with the simple script on
https://gist.github.com/wernerfb/5812164
If you uncomment the second "addPanel" the layout goes "nuts".
Anyone has some hints on what I am doing wrong.
I have no idea, but will try to find some time perhaps over the weekend to look
at it.
If I only define "ShowCloseButton=False" on one or none of the two addPanel
calls
then things work correctly.
Anyone has a work around or correction for this as I would not want close
buttons on
the panes.
Actually, why not? Shouldn't the user be able to decide if and when they want
to show
them? Shouldn't the user also be able to undock them (and put them on a separate
monitor, for instance), too?
I'm not saying we shouldn't figure out what's happening with ShowCloseButton,
but
just pointing out that we probably do want the property sheet and the object
tree
panels to be fully dockable/undockable/closable/arrangable by the user.
I definitely agree that they should be able to undock, dock, rearrange,
minimize, maximize but closing I am really not sure why they would want
to close it.
Anyhow, at least I can get on with the other stuff now for the mean time
and see if I can get that to work and then come back to this.
