Mutual fund charges unveiled
The SEC Tuesday filed fraud charges against five former Prudential Securities brokers 
and one branch manager, saying they made millions of dollars worth of fees from 
improper trades.

California expanding Tenet audits
Tenet Healthcare Corp., already facing federal investigations, said Tuesday the

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said its investigation opened last
