Divine Mercy Sunday:

This coming Sunday, April 22, the Sunday after Easter, is Divine Mercy
Sunday. Not too much is known by most churchgoers about Divine Mercy Sunday.
Here is a very brief overview:

Jesus' promise to St. Faustina:
Let no one be afraid to come to Him even though his sins be as scarlet for
His Divine Mercy. All liturgy that I have been able to find out has been
changed to the Mass for Divine Mercy this Sunday. This is because of the
canonization of Sister Faustina.

Requirements are to go to confession so that you are in the state of grace,
Mass, and receive Communion and with complete trust in Jesus's mercy. All
sins and punishment for sins will be forgiven and forgotten. Your soul will
be as clean as the day of baptism. There is also a novena starting from Good
Friday.

Rather than attempt to list a lot of websites with more information on this
subject and all the particulars, I suggest that you simply type (or cut and
paste) this URL into your browser:

http://www.google.com

Then type in this combination of 3 search words:
    divine mercy sunday

You'll be amazed at what you will find!

In Christ,
