A Reflection on Today's Scripture:
Today's Gospel is a testament to the providence of our Lord. He
defies the law of provision by supplying the crowds with more food
than was counted. In times of hardship, we focus all to much on the
barriers in the way of what we need. Yet, the Lord calls us to trust
in His providence. He supplies all our needs be it emotional,
spiritual, or physical. It is indeed a true act of faith to trust
wholly in the Lord's providence.
Today, let us ask for the Lord's grace to trust Him even more. Let us
endeavour to leave our worries with the Lord, so that he may direct
our paths more fully to Him.
Amen.
