Hi there!
Just had to say a BIG thank you to Shari, Daisy & Soleil!! When it was
close to time to open them, I called the girls in and let them see me get
"the box". One of the poodles decided to lay right in front of it to guard
it. Small fight ensued, but was quickly and easily stopped! (phew!) Well,
opening time! There was a small piece of the packaging tape coming loose,
so I showed it to Emmy...she took it and RAN!! Meanwhile, package is now
accessible! Smokey figures this out, and DIVES her
nose...snout.....head.....neck.....upper body....into this box!! She pulls
out some newspaper.....and Emmy comes running back to see what else she
could pull on! Now there are 2 dane upper bodies in this box.....while the
box is on my lap! (gettin' kinda heavy!) I fight my way into the box, and
get out a gift bag for each one of them.....Emmy said that she NEEDS to be
first, so I opened hers first. She got a new Christmas collar, a squeaky
stuffy, and a dane sized biscuit....Well, the biscuit and the stuffy DO fit
in her mouth together! She was squeaking the toy and chewing the biscuit at
the same time!! ROFLOL!!! Well, Smokey is more lady-like, so she wants to
wear the new clothes and look good to parade around with the biscuit!
"Isn't she pretty?" and prancing is short lived, so the bone MUST taste
good! Back to me for the stuffy! NOW she parades around....and
around....and around.........and around......! Emmy wants Smokey's
stuffy......eek......eek.......Smokey wants her stuffy
back.......eeek......pffhh.....??.....Oh great, you bit it already!!!
Well, we now have one squeaky toy, and one "Heeeeeky" toy....just goes
"pfffhhhhh!" now....
They don't mind.......
............me either!
I got my OWN stocking too! It had a stuffed fabric dane ornament! I LOVE
it! I've NEVER seen anything like it! Hubby loves it too!
