It also means that darcs-unaware commands don't recurse into _darcs.
I don't much care; I use `find . | fgrep -v junk | xargs cmd' or
something like that a fair amount anyway, it doesn't bother me to do
it for _darcs (although it's inelegant). I wouldn't argue for
changing the structure of an existing project either way. But for
people who don't have that meme or want the elegance,
./ -+- project
|
+- _darcs
is the minimal solution that satisfies both the principle of locality
(group related things together) and the principle of modularity (keep
things that have different functions apart) for this problem.
One thing that's cool about darcs is that it just doesn't care.
