Now if only somebody was willing to use this setup and create accounts

Hmmm... I have such a account [http://unixshell.com] and I might be willing to do this. The problem I see though is disk space. My current plan only has 9gigs of disk space. Hardly what you would need for a project server. To get enough disk space shoots the cost of my account _way_ up.

I think they offer dedicated machines in addition to Xen boxes but I don't know how much.
