:D Want to hear a local story? After I took a bail at kamikazi drop-off I also just busted my knee a bit, but due to the water i managed to do it in, I had to spend 4 days wheelchair bound in kloof hospital :D
Left on crutches, but could walk again within 3 weeks, and after a month I could even ride a bike! The anti-biotics kills your fitness though eheheheheh Still, I say go ride it!!! No difference between filthy water and a nice northshore bridge ;-P On Tue, Sep 2, 2008 at 1:33 PM, Michelle Hutchinson < [EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > I was chatting to a friend who ran a triathlon in Malaysia.
