I know Fox does use high settings like that, but there are two different
types of suspensions. Maybe phone Mike's Bikes on 0118888868, I'm sure
they will help you out?

Hmm quite right ... 140psi is about 10 bar???

I think that's the pressure you get 100m under water.

Hmm maybe that's a bit much, then. I stand corrected.

Thanks Mich!

Just be careful that its definitely a cartridge type of shock, my open
system Marzocchi uses a setting of about 40PSI?!

Starting PSI of around 140 should not break the fork. Then sit on the
bike (neutral position) and measure sag.

If sag isn't close to 20-25 (or if you want 30) %, then deflate or
inflate to get desired sag.

If the fork has top and bottom air valves, things get interesting. This
controls small bump sensitivity also, and in a sense aids in the
rebound.

Where the heck is Flash when we need him??

Turn REBOUND adjustment to get desired SAG ?? Eish, bru.

One rule of thumb is that the sag shouldn't use up more than 20-25% of
the total travel. I think that goes for both rear and front shocks.

hmmm after finally locating their google evading website....

they don't seem to have manuals online...

I got the owners guide... but in terms of setup...they don't give too
many clues...

(unlike my FOX which says weight = psi/bar)

read stuff like measure travel, sit on bike measure sag.... turn rebound
adjusment to get desired sag...

but no clue as to what the starting psi should be?,,,

any advice would be appreciated...

Thnx

C
