In that case the fix works fine to me, the feather is updated with the
shift key on all the shapes.

This is maybe out of scope, but it is possible to have a preview when
adding a circle, like the brush does? An outline like the circle currently
have will be ok. Specially for the spots, when adding several circles of
different sizes it would be nice to know what I'm about to add, and to be
able to change the size and feather before adding it.

If this is something that you don't want to do right now but you may
consider for the future I can enter a feature request.
