I was pleasently surprised to see that cropping and rotating was
showing the numbers, just a few commits ago.  Then, I saw commit
bed6c5f7d2030e8a79ca02a16885226bc29094c5, which reverts that, arguing
that it breaks string freeze.

However, looking at the diff, the strings used are not translated, and
for the crop dimensions, there is no reason to translate them...

... so I wonder, does string freeze also apply to non-translated
strings?  It seems odd to me, as it puts no burden at all on
translators.  And personally, I'd argue that at least the crop
dimension would be useful enough to keep (non-translated).
