hi, I run dt on a intel 64 bit sys 8GB Linux Mint13 cinnamon and a AMD Radeon HD 6570 2048 MB memory proprietary graphics driver FGLRX.
when I use monochrome or global tonemap the whole system freezes and I have to force restart the pc. If I switch off opencl in the prefs everything runs ,but slower -what a surprise. starting darktable -d opencl > ... [opencl_create_kernel] successfully loaded kernel `global_tonemap_reinhard' (63) for device 0 ... [opencl_create_kernel] successfully loaded kernel `monochrome_filter' (42) for device 0 can not tell till which version freezing occurs , I tried darktable 1.0+2031~g59c77f7 now. papa ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Everyone hates slow websites.
