Near as I can tell, "identified developers" simply means that the .dmg
has been signed using a certificate issued by a 3rd-party CA. I don't
know if it includes self-signed, or not. It does not mean you must have
an apple developers account, though I believe that if you're using Apple's
codesign utility, you'll have created a dev account so you could D/L
Xcode, in the first place.
