I will check this (didn't thought of it as I never had issues with it).

Yeah, I know. My Problem here is, that for some photos the enhanced
matrix is problematic and for others it is fine and I can not switch the
colour matrix from one photo to the other for photos belonging to a session.

And simply setting the old one to default for every raw file does not
work. I have to reassign the default matrix to every photo (not a big
deal but is has to be done).
