I sorted missed "completely freezes my laptop" the first time I read your post.

Typically that means faulty hardware. At least most cases turned out to be that.

Another possible reason could be memory usage, 4GB of RAM and running
64bit is highly recommended. Though this should not "freeze" your
system. So I guess it all depends on what exactly happens.

Shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

Do mind 1.1.2 is slated for release in a few days, so if you'd like to
have these presets available in the release you need to hurry :)
