For me the dng's crash DT with segfault with stable, unstable and built from git. :-(
Its fine to say they work for you but there are a multitude of resolutions and cameras supported by ML raw. For example I can happily import dng's from 5D mkIII (1920x1080) and 600d (960x408) but 550D/T2i crash. The samples I posted links to crash, did you try the sample to concur? The metadata 'Canon' you will see is in the dng linked to. :-) I'm using numerous builds from the 550D thread at ML forums and all crash DT. But don't crash UFRaw or Rawtherapee but do crash Rawstudio. I'll also pursue a solution on ML forums to establish the cause.
