you mean there has to be a way to collect by tag and one to modify/manage
tags. i would like it best if the collect by tag part would be merged
into the current collect module and the management part would stay in the
right panel. that would take away some interfacing headache between
a separate module and the collect rules. but by the sounds of your email
you already solved this :)
