Soren; Not sure what is going on here ..... I downloaded another raw xpro-1 file and tried to open it on my 32 bit machine (also Xubuntu 13.10) running today's GIT. I got nothing but 'skulls'. The same file moved onto my 64 bit machine, with the same GIT version and the same Xubuntu release opened correctly. The file did take a couple of seconds to open up but it looks correct.
