180% is usually no problem, heat is a problem. This is often due to a
lack of airflow within the computer case.

This most often happens when the in-vent ports are plugged with
dirt/dust.

The simplest is to open the computer case and run the computer with
the case open. Do your export, then check for the temperature. It
shouldn't increase by much. If it does, then you should check for
dust/dirt in the CPU fan.
