No joy on this hack. en_DK.utf8 is installed though. And BTW, while trying it I discovered a segfault using DT on a normal way, although unrelated to this locale thing. I'll open a new thread with that segfault.

At least in Linux, you can run darktable as:

        env LC_TIME="en_DK.utf8" darktable

and you should have the format you want. I tried and it seems to work:
