1. Restore from the library.db from before the move
2. lighttable > collect > folders

I copied 2016 and 2017 ( with sub-dirs ) to the correct locations.
Swapped in the " new " DT db ans replaced it with the old one and tried
the above and ended up with a screen full of skulls (::
However I am not sure exactly what the above should achieve ( mu failing )
