this didn't fix it

Actually, I've enclosed the "master" copy found in the

/usr/share/darktable directory, but you should have your own copy in

~/.config/darktable.

First of all, I suggest you to remove the

~/.config/darktable/darktable.css , copy

locally the /usr/share/darktable one and run again the program

bmike1@MikesBeast ~ $ cd ~/.config/darktable/

bmike1@MikesBeast ~/.config/darktable $ rm darktable.css

rm: cannot remove 'darktable.css': No such file or directory

bmike1@MikesBeast ~/.config/darktable $ rm ~/.config/darktable/darktable.css

rm: cannot remove '/home/bmike1/.config/darktable/darktable.css': No such
file or directory

bmike1@MikesBeast ~/.config/darktable $ cp
/usr/share/darktable/darktable.css

cp: missing destination file operand after
'/usr/share/darktable/darktable.css'

Try 'cp --help' for more information.

bmike1@MikesBeast ~/.config/darktable $ cp
/usr/share/darktable/darktable.css ~/.config/darktable

bmike1@MikesBeast ~/.config/darktable $
