Information is fully updated when you close darktable

when I am working in parallel with darktable (lighttable) and my
Windows Explorer, I sometimes notice that the information (files
shown) in the lighttable does not match with the files available in
the Windows Explorer. In other words: when I delete a file and insert
new ones, I do not get the files aligned/updated in the lighttable.
Can you give me a hint? :)
