I tried this on windows 10. I also did not see OK option. However, I just
clicked the top of the module next to the module name and the effect was
applied. I also do this when using the crop module.

I will perform the perspective correction documenting the actions I take

I have not experienced what you describe and cannot get into my head why
you are having the problem. Maybe we can solve it this way.
