Hi Terry, please verify if the path to the images or the filenames themselves have non-ASCII characters. If yes, this is a known bug with how Windows manages Unicode, and will be fixed for 3.6.1 (I think it's already fixed on master). The workaround for the time being is to rename the path and/or the files to remove any non-ASCII character.
