Pascal, I understand your argument. :-)   I did not mean to imply that 
it is Intel's fault. The way Intel i7 has been set up, one is dependent 
on third party drivers to interact with the Intel i7 graphic platform. 
This negotiation between the i7 graphics platform and  3rd party drivers 
(like Nvidia) with respect to Intel Optimus technology is an added layer 
of complexity that at this stage, limits graphics on many i7 computers 
such as Dell and Lenovo. My only point was that use of a second screen 
is not only determined by the dt developers. Its probably not neccessary 
to get involved in a long discussion about this as this issue does not 
really contribute to the further developments in dt. I would be 
extremely interested in developments to utilise 2 screens in dt. Thank
